Padwiki option?
There is this rather nice plugin for Etherpad-Lite that enabled wiki-like functionality, see: https://github.com/jatha/padwiki
Maybe it would be possible to add an option in Ownpad that would make this available in the Nextcloud menu as a collaborative wiki? Like a check mark with explanation that the plugin is needed in the admin settings.
I am not sure if that is easily possible, but besides this general wiki app in the menu, maybe it could also be available per groups or circles? Or just as a private wiki?

shouldnt that be possible already? Because ownpad only includes the existing etherpad. Or are you talking about a generalt wiki app for nextcloud? That would be something very very useful, but should be apart from etherpad/ownpad.
Right now ownpad is very document focussed, but maybe having an option to highlight a single (advanced) pad for groups or the entire instance more as an app and not a document might be an interesting way forward.
Maybe this could be an optional link in the top-bar that is currently a bit under-utilized? There is also a nice slideshow plugin that could be supported by linking to the slideshow view in the top-bar if this feature is enabled.
