110 Errors when trying to import the Project into VS 2017 in the Version 15.9.19

I am getting multiple Error when only importing the Project via VS 2017 in the mentioned Version and multiple Dependencies are not available.

Can you please give some instructions on how to manually import the project in VS 2017.
