Flickering in sequoia?

Happens when scrolling or using dual monitor with NUC-8 Hades Canyon

Similar to this https://youtu.be/S15FVwbHEqo (16:20 to 16:30) but that one was ice lake and fixed with the boot arg igfxdbeo for early dbuf optimisations or something so not sure if similar fix could apply here
