Cannot use Multi-Output Device macOS feature, causes YouTube to stall and Spotify to fail, cannot playback video files
Describe the bug
Cannot use Multi-Output Device
feature in macOS. Creating any Multi-Output Device
(even using single items like just Built-in Output
) causes YouTube playback to fail, Spotify and iTunes to fail to play audio and throw an error "Sorry we cannot play this right now".
Expected behaviour
Can create Multi-Output Device
like on a normal mac, audio routes OK to monitor, speakers, headset simultaneously. Note: my other hackintosh NUC7i7DNHE can do this without any related errors, Multi-Output Device
to HDMI audio and USB DAC headset simultaneously.
