Ghostium style paragraph side comments using SideComments.js possible?

It basically replicates the side comments for paragraphs that Medium has quite well, and I was wondering if it's possible to implement this into Ghostium at some point? Not really sure how it handles the names of poster and such, from scanning over the text, it seems that it would need some tinkering before it's perfect

This would require Ghost to have a native commenting system.

indeed, an alternative would be this: https://ghost.org/forum/plugins/7217-ouija-a-home-for-spirited-discussion-on-your-ghost-blog/ however they are closing GoInstant who are the ones who made it, so I am unsure if they also plan to close Ouija, even though it works very well (except on mobile)
