Add TC verification

This is currently ongoing. Basically, verifications are implemented with the following restrictions:

  • Currently, they are only inserted, but not removed. Means, the verification hash maps are constantly growing with each command. This will be the next step in the implementation
  • No timers yet
  • Currently the verification has been implemented for the EDEN interface only. C&C and NCTRS will follow
  • No support for OBQM status in verifications yet
