Add other gamemodes (taiko, ctb, mania) to !recalc commands

Still not sure how this will scale in python with my cursed oppai-ng setup to the size of ~akatsuki but it's worth a shot, will probably get around to this soon.

Oh woops, this has been added as of v3.5.0 for osu!standard, along with proper oppai-ng bindings that remove the problems I mentioned in the previous comment.

I also think the map parses can be further reduced in oppai-ng, since I don't think set_nmiss needs to force a map reparse like it does at the moment. Will look into this when I have some more free time.
