Yes, perhaps it would be better, as it doesn't conflict with existing concepts and would be a matter of rename.

It just occured to me, that "annihilation" as in "scroll of annihilation" lacks context to hint what exactly it's annihilating. Original "genocide" suggests that it will do something to living...

Shouldn't poison and acid colors be swapped? I think going logically from dragon colors, yellow is for acid and green is for poison, not the other way around.

You don't really get extra wish, in a sense that it will be very restricted path. If you actually got 1.8 wishes, you'd be able to wish for (almost) anything,...
