This command doesnt work on Windows pip install --no-cache-dir torch==2.7.0 torchvision==0.22.0 torchaudio==2.7.0 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu126 pip install -r requirements.txt

also blackwell has issues with older versions i think on win needs pip install poetry-core first , then new torch/cuda , then requirements
