Add new levels of log messages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Current log messages (info, debug, error) are not convient for usage.

Describe the solution you'd like I propose to expand log messages types set.

Describe alternatives you've considered There will be types of log messages such as:

1. sc-memory log message;
2. customs and others.
