WebRTC: The fps of DVR file is incorrectly 1000. The frame rate of the recorded flv file from DVR is 1000.

image After streaming with WebRTC and converting to RTMP, we enabled DVR. However, upon finishing the recording, we noticed that the frame rate of the resulting FLV file is 1000, as shown in the above image. image The live stream playback is normal at 20 frames per second, as shown in the above image.
