How to reproduce?

The user is attempting to describe an image with a specific width, taken as a screenshot at a certain date and time, and is referencing a location where the image is stored or available, which is a GitHub repository for user attachments. The image seems to be unavailable for direct viewing in this context.

1. Go to Forward tab, input server and stream key for two nearby items, then click Start Live and Stop Live button, to let oryx restore the data. In this case, they are forwarding #4 and forwarding #5.
2. Refresh the Forward tab, then click forwarding #5 item, then you will found both forwarding #4 and forwarding #5 are opened.

Cause

missing index attribute for the items that restored from oryx database.
