[UI] Added File Chooser Port and functionnalities

Implemented a native File Chooser Port to allow process to directly open a dialog to load medias files. (from issue #1401)

everything is good but please revert the AVND_TEST_BUILD to 0, it should never be enabled on master (as some people use ossia-score-git arch package and may get random bamboozle test processes)
