Drag n'drop all parameters from the inspector

Inside a state, a treeView already offers access to stored parameters that can be dragged and dropped to other part of the scenario. Not having to dive back into the full device in the deice explorer every time was a huge UX improvement !

If processes offered the same convenient access to their parameters, one could simply drag and drop the rate of an lfo for eample directly from he inspector to a state to set it's value once, to a interval to create a curve or to the control surface to access it remotely.

This would prevent having to deal with the amount of hierarchy inherent to the local device. It would be a mush more direct approach and keep the user currently dealing with processes from going back to the device explorer.
