[ossia-max] device : expose osc doesn't like multicast ip address

expose osc 255.255.255.255 1234 4321 returns errors in Max window : ossia.device: can't connect, port might be already in use ossia.device: libossia error: 'unable to connect udp socket '

too bad :-( Using this kind of multicast address to send message to all computers on the same sub-net mask is very useful, and works fine in Max (w udpsend / udpreceive) and in all others osc softwares I use.

don't know if it's a bug, but could this be considered as a FR ?
