CII Best Practices badge: Improved mechanism for dashboards

FYI, CII Best Practices badge has a new mechanism to make its results easier to integrate in to dashboards: https://github.com/coreinfrastructure/best-practices-badge/issues/1460

I intend to implement some stronger rate limits on the CII Best Practices badge website, because we keep getting hammered by impatient crawlers. I don't want to interfere with legitimate uses though.
