Application should be submitted using issue forms

To facilitate the submission of new applications, we would like to use issue forms.

How it should work:

  1. A user will open an issue
  2. Fill in a form with informations related to the application he wants to submit
  3. The apps.yaml file will be updated by a GitHub action
  4. The application will be deployed automatically

We highly recommend having a look at the devsurvey project. And read this article explaining how issue forms can be used to implement code-less contributions.

Hi @elhmn So i actually got to do some research on this and got some ideas, where do i get the questionaires for the form, could you halp me point it out
