Feature Request: Recurring expense

This is a feature that Splitwise supports and is very useful for housemates (e.g. rent, fixed utilities, etc.).

agreed and i have some idea on how to implement this.

i'm considering pg-boss so we can have all the data in postgres itself with no additions complexities

There is now a PR for recurring expenses. I've made several assumptions on how it should work and described them in the description. Comments are welcome :)
