How to set tx power maximum for bladeRF x40?

Hi all, I am using this project. I measured the output power with the value is -10dBm. how do i increase it? I adjusted parameters: set txvga1 -4 and set txvga2 25 (limit) Typical +6dBm TX power of bladeRF x40
