Disabled tests when running more than 100 tests

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define 112 tests (I have 112 tests in 12 test cases). No disabled cases.
2. run with gtest-gbar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: All 112 tests run.
Actual: quote: Done 100 of 112. 12 are disabled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.3 on Win7
