Limit number of downloads

When trying common English words, maybe the number of downloads should be reduced. Who needs more than seven ways to say “leg“‽

You’ll get a fix for #66 before you get this. You can try the develop branch now, or wait until i publish it.

Probably not. I think it’s OK for users to either use the default settings or change the Python files directly. I don’t feel motivated to add more configuration via GUI, beyond the language in the deck options.
