Changing note id to uuid breaks compatibility with linking

Sorry, my finger slipped editing, but I can't seem to fix the issue title.

I love this add-on, but my sole reason for using it is to link notes to each other, and this uuid breaks compatibility with the addon I use for that, making it difficult to use.

I'll just edit this back to the previous method in my own version, but it would be nice if there were an option or something so I don't have to fear updates.
