[Feature] Support ASP.NET Blazor Web Apps

As stated, it is not clear how to integrate Oso into existing Blazor web apps.

Some other features we are looking for:

• Support for ARM64 processors (e.g. linux/arm64/v8)
• Support for existing AD objects as actors (e.g. from users in Azure AD)
• Support for user authorization self-service (e.g. API that developers can call to allow users to setup sharing themselves)
