Hi Josh, Thanks for a thoughtful reply. ConvertCensoringNodesToBinary is definitely a big bottleneck on my dataset, so its clearly something specific to the data I am working with. I will...
Hm, this is a good one. Let me think about it for a second. Definitely possible, just the question of what is the easiest hack for this within existing functionality.
But do you really want to replicate the actual predicted values across all time-points or rather use the model fit from `t==0` to obtain predictions of propensity scores across all...
If above is correct, then absolutely the easiest thing to do is evaluate this subject specific weight `1/pi_0` **outside** stremr. Then create a dataset with this additional weight column, structured...
Scratch that. I believe what you originally did would accomplish exactly the same effect as the weight merging procedure that I have described above. It would be nice to confirm...
Not sure, can you provide an example? Perhaps the easiest is to use time-dependent interactions, but it's not trivial. On Wed, Jun 26, 2019, 10:31 AM marycombs wrote: > Different...
Hi Chris, Thanks for opening this issue. I agree that weights are very important and can be used to address many problems (yours is definitely new to me). I was...
Thanks for reporting. I believe the issue has to do with stratas for which `trt` variable is constant, but its neither 0 or 1 (exactly what the error message says)....
It would be more tedious to code it, but is probably safer. That way you can be absolutely sure that all levels are represented the same way across all stratas....
