Manifest file is missing or unreadable

Getting this error when I try to load the extension :

Failed to load extension File ~/Downloads/TabFS-master Error Manifest file is missing or unreadable Could not load manifest.

I have developer mode turned on and have followed instructions in the first step.

What can I do to continue?
