Support for projects

Group tasks under projects, similar to the tasking manager workflow.

Some things to consider:

  • Project and task creation workflow. Should this be similar to tasking manager? A single geojson cut by a shape file or split by tile boundaries?
  • Integration with mapping tickets on GitHub.
  • Aggregating activity and statistics at project level.
