Some fixture data has `id` instead of `@id`

Is this just a result of creating fixture data or is it actually possible for OSM data to have an id field instead of @id?

@Ramshackle-Jamathon @id comes from mbtiles in https://osmlab.github.io/osm-qa-tiles/ the linters mostly supports those mbtiles, but if you are generating your own mbtiles, we may fix a bit the validators.
