Detect high density of nodes on ways

Found a motorway segment with a cluster of nodes like this. The distance between the nodes is ~0.3m

This could be the result of accidental creation of nodes by the mapper and serve no purpose. Can we flag such cases where nodes on a ways are <1m from each other? Maybe we should just start with motorway and see what we find.
