We no longer use meetup, changing to slack

It looks like this will just point to the same OSMUS Slack that the users already see on the list - I'm not sure whether it makes sense to have it duplicated in this way.

I do wonder if there is a way to construct a link that opens slack and puts the user into the channel that you want? Maybe we could support that?

As per the first answer in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32146706/slack-url-to-open-a-channel-from-browser that'll be osmus.slack.com/channels/ or a custom link (/messages/C...) that won't change reverb if you change the channel name.

So according to https://github.com/osmlab/osm-community-index/wiki/Contributing#type-required-account-optional this should be "type": "url" and the URL should be "url": "https://osmutah.org/" in the strings section, correct?
