Add DHL SwipBox parcel lockers

It is present in France and I guess also in Turkey if not in other countries. The two logos are clearly next to each others and often associated in French press.

Thing to clarify: Whether it shall be map as a regular DHL parcel locker or as a subtype of DHL parcel locker.
