Usage question related to swisstopo

I wonder if we could add the renderings from swissTopo when I read their site.

I also see the problem with IGN Plan being used on many sites.

Why couldn't we add it?

What term should we look for in order to add it here?

The interesting swisstopo layers have been available in ELI since we, as in OSM, have been permitted to use them.

So it's a bit unclear what you are missing.

As said the swissimage layer has been available in ELI for many years. The closure data is published by the BAV/astra and of a non-persistent nature that doesn't make sense as content in ELI (but will likely be available via a different platform soon for OSM use), though anything from SchweizMobil (veloland) would need to be checked for permission (SchweizMobil routes continue not to be open data).

I did a couple of spot checks just to be sure, but as expected, the images provided by the WMS server are the same as those provided with the WMTS server. Could you please clearly explain the difference you are seeing? Please use French if necessary.
