Add layer for Aerial Imagery - Guelph 2022
The city of Guelph, Ontario, Canada has aerial imagery available from their site: https://geodatahub-cityofguelph.opendata.arcgis.com/documents/2dc795fae6904bac945c716ed33f450c/about
It uses the following license: https://explore.guelph.ca/pages/open-data-license

Is there a WMS service, serving this imagery? Or some other way to retrieve it, which isn't just downloading the entire thing?
I'm happy to try to tile the source, but it seems the URL doesn't work anymore ("Page Not Found"). @Coehill, could you provide us with a new URL?
I found the new URL, https://explore.guelph.ca/documents/b5f353e0bd3647c5b6d09958a35c946f/about
There's also a 2023 version, https://explore.guelph.ca/documents/655f7ca37096464c85c4c7a609cdf90d/about
There are ArcGIS image servers for these layers in use at https://gismaps.guelph.ca/portal/apps/ImageryViewer/index.html?appid=6461bf4d90ec41fba1eb0731c79bc95b however they're not explicitly published anywhere that I can see. @Coehill it may be worth sending their GIS dept. an email asking if they would be open to hosting public WMS servers for aerial layers
