Watchdog failed for 5 consecutive days for: "Częstochowa: Buildings" -> sources/europe/pl/CzstochowaBuildings.geojson

Reason: Error: Layers 'ieg_budynek' not advertised by WMS GetCapabilities request. In rare cases WMS server do not advertise layers.
