World Imagery Wayback

It would be nice get World Imagery Wayback (via) into editors. I don't know how hard it would be to add, there is WMTS Server but for some reason I can't get it to work in JOSM.

These are old versions of World Imagery. World Imagery is available for OSM mappers. An Esri employee has publicly documented how to use Wayback in iD, so I don't see any reason to believe that the historical World Imagery is licenced any differently to the current.

This sounds like something that would be more of use to OHM. I don't really see how using old imagery benefits OSM, except maybe to confirm change.

This layer has nothing to do with OpenStreetMap. Please bring it to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Historical_Map.
