Request latest version of features

When viewing a historical changeset, its useful to also show the latest version of the displayed geometries. This helps verify if any bad changes have been corrected.

This can be an on demand request via a button. use case: http://osmlab.github.io/changeset-map/#34752359

@planemad wouldn't the base-map show the "latest version" ?

@batpad it would, but on a muted basemap, it can be hard to identify the coresponding geometry unless it is highlighted. Also not all features are guaranteed to be rendered on the basemap, powerlines for instance are not.
