Some Relations generated from atlas have different members from the Relations in OSM

In atlas-check when I use atlas data ARG and TUR , I found some Relations generated from atlas have different members from the Relations in OSM, for example below:

Relation 10520585 in atlas object only has member 136811331, but Relation 10520585 which was edited over 1 year ago in OSM has 12 members.

Relation 10520342 in atlas object only has member 136811331, but Relation 10520342 which was edited over 1 year ago in OSM has 2 members.

Relation 11830619 in atlas object only has member 866599848, but Relation 11830619 which was edited 8 months ago in OSM has two members 866599848 and 860916358.

Relation 11830618 in atlas object only has member 866599848, but Relation 11830618 which was edited 8 months ago in OSM has two members 866599848 and 866711504.

Relation 11301517 in atlas object only has member 826078215, but Relation 11301517 which was edited 8 months ago in OSM has 9 members.

Relation 11301518 in atlas object only has member 826078215, but Relation 11301518 which was edited 7 months ago in OSM has 10 members.

Relation 12637000 in atlas object only has member 935676794, but Relation 12637000 which was edited 2 months ago in OSM has 12 members.

Relation 12637001 in atlas object only has member 935676794, but Relation 12637001 which was edited 2 months ago in OSM has 2 members.

Relation 12634238 in atlas object only has member 935676794, but Relation 12634238 which was edited 3 months ago in OSM has 2 members

Relation 12634237 in atlas object only has member 935676794, but Relation 12634237 which was edited 2 months ago in OSM has 8 members
