Command bursts don't work

Hi Artefact,

Bug Description: fleet booster fits do not add benefits to ships.

I am using this build as the fleet booster: https://o.smium.org/loadout/139408. After exporting the loadout and adding it under Fleet booster, the attributes of the affected loadout do not change. When attempting to set the DNA string as the booster, I receive the following error:

When attempting to add a gzCLF block I receive the error "Only local URIs (o.smium.org) are supported." Perhaps I am exporting incorrectly when using these export types.

Pasting the link https://o.smium.org/loadout/139408 does not produce an error, but also does not produce an attribute change for the affected loadout. It appears the benefits of the command burst modules/scripts are not being applied.

Thank you for making such a great tool for EVE fitting simulation!
