Gas (& other?) pipeline substations not recognised

Osmose is reporting a pipeline substation as an untagged entity. Vespucci recognises it and displays the relevant text & icon.

It as about this tag pipeline=substation ? I guess it should be combined with a "main" objet like building or landuse. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:pipeline%3Dsubstation
