Add analyser for crossings

Is it possible to have a validator which checks the correct tagging of crossings? For example in the screenshot below, the node that's on the road should have highway=crossing + crossing=marked. Also checking for inconsistency in crossing, crossing_ref and traffic_calming tags would be nice.
