plate detect is :
in cutting char it most have more height
this is final plate detected
this is correct char :
but in cutting it convert to :
( top of char is not in cutting image )
how can i fix this?
You should take a look at the parameters in config.xml -- I'm not sure, which ones will help you the most.
If that doesn't help, try taking a look at the thesis of the original author: http://javaanpr.sourceforge.net/anpr.pdf
i look for it but i do not find which param is for this work please say the config param name
please i need this please say where i can change height of chars this is very important for me
I do not know the parameter, or if there is such a parameter, sorry. I'm pretty sure it is possible, but I do not know how much work it involves and I do not have the time to investigate this, sorry :disappointed:
hi; I've got one problem on my license plate country!!...... in my country; the background of the license plate is black and the fourgeground is white; them; the javaanpr doesn't recognise plate on my country!!!....... what should I do to resolve this problem??...... thank you

You can just change the input image.
