Add OnlyOffice themes

@bphd could you provide some information.

Does OnlyOffice currently has a theming engine. Is there CLI to change these themes?

Currently OO has 3 default themes, not personalizable, it's in the parameters This enhancement could permit automatic adaptation of the UI with schedule or with system theme Later it will be OO job to add live theme change to not necessitate restart anymore
