[x] - Press e to end turn
[ ] - Playing cards with tap instead of drag. E.g. tap one to select, tap Monster again to play.
[ ] - Press 1,2,3,4,5 (index of card) to select card in hand

A keyboard shortcuts to end turn e is in. As well as u for undo.

Also you can start the game with Enter -> Enter, since the buttons are autofocused.
