openaps device add cgm mmeowlink subg_rfspy $ttyport $serial $radio_locale does not add radio locale

tried with latest oref0 oref0-setup.sh dev branch and openaps dev branch the radio_locale does not get added to the pump.ini for some reason. I also tried it from the command line and it does not yet seem to work.

$ openaps --version openaps 0.1.6-dev
