Cloud Foundry doesn't currently provide a way to do mobile notifications.

If there was a pre-bundled notifications app and https://github.com/osis/cf-apps-ios/issues/88 was completed, there could be an option to push a very trim notification app beside an application you want to "watch".

Maintanence and migrations would be an issue, but it's nice to dream.
