kotlin-logging Provide iOS targets

Thanks for reporting. I plan to add more targets after moving to circle ci and out of jcenter. Since this is a large effort it might take some time.

looks like the simplest is to create iosX64() (I don't know if macos supports builder the others). All platforms are here: https://kotlinlang.org/docs/apple-framework.html

Is that what's required?

I created an initial cl, but it seems from slack this is not trivial: https://kotlinlang.slack.com/archives/C3SGXARS6/p1635966167145400

So if someone is willing to add it / test it feel free as I don't develop for ios myself.

Actually I see this is supported since 2.1.23 (missed that). The PR added it is #227.
