Extracting Cell Related Info

Hi! I was hoping to extract Cell Related Info such as PLMN (From SIB1 Block). I could not find any example which does so across various tool. I am following MATLAB LTE ToolBox, OpenLTE, LTE Cell Scanner etc. Kindly guide me in the right direction.
