After Checkout, MPesa Confirmation Number not appearing on checkout page

After Checkout the MPesa Confirmation Number/Message is not appearing on checkout page. I am not sure why this happens. The order is processed when I check in orders and MPesa it just doesn't show for the customer on the checkout page. have a look at the images below image image
