Crash while saving/loading

I am on an old ThinkPad X220 running Windows 7.

OpenRadiant crashes every time I try to save or open a map file. Log file is empty. The program itself runs smoothly as far as I've tested. The same happens on a Samsung Tablet running Windows 10, just less frequently.

A bug or do I just need a better PC? Thank you!
