I don't know how to do it directly from the app but on linux you can replace "hideWindowFrame": true by "hideWindowFrame": false in ~/.config/electronplayer/config.json

in the app there is a half-transparent X on the top left corner. pressing on it brings you back from frameless window mode. The problem is, it DOES NOT appear in the services menu. just proceed to any service and then you should be able to see it
