Amazon prime not working

When I go to the amazon prime video page (https://amazon.co.uk/video), it loads and the video shows as loading (no widevine error) and then it says a error saying "We're experiencing a problem playing this video. For assistance, please go to www.amazon.com/dv/error/7031". Is there anyway to fix this issue?
